Went to a few places looking for a full depth gas fire with good efficiency, most staff members did not know what they were talking about so could not advise me until I went to Universal fires, there the staff members was friendly, knowledgeable, talked in a way I could understand with no sales pressure, got my fire within 3 days, excellent service by excellent people at great prices
