FAQs
Do you install the fireplaces?
Unfortunately, we do not. However, we can provide a recommended independent Gas Safe or HETAS engineer - they will provide a free, no-obligation survey and will help you accordingly.
Do you do spare parts?
We do sell spare parts for the products we currently supply. In order for us to secure the correct part, we will need the brand and model name, serial number and the name of the part you require. If a product is ex display, we would need to order parts from the manufacturer. There is usually a 4-5 week lead time for this (depending on the manufacturer). Once with us, you can collect your part/s from our store or we can arrange delivery at a low cost.
Dawn was very helpful and knowledgeable and sourced additional items we requested. Prices were reasonable and comparable to internet prices. We would recommend Universal fires and stoves.
